Ingredients for one rocket:
3 Tbsp. canola oil
½ cup popcorn kernels
½ cup sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
5 cups mini marshmallows
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup mini winter theme chocolate candies or sprinkles (or both!)

2. Continue gently shaking back and forth while the remaining kernels pop.
3. Once the popcorn stops popping, remove from heat and place into a large mixing bowl to cool.
4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and marshmallows. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are melted.
5. Remove from heat, add & mix in the salt and vanilla extract.
6. Pour over the popcorn and coat evenly. Add chocolate candies and/or sprinkles.
7. Line a tray with parchment paper, cover your hands with a light layer of butter. Form the popcorn mixture into 3″ balls & set on the tray.
8. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Serve, eat, and enjoy!
