Race Car Street Dog

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Make this yummy street dog for a fun twist on a classic boardwalk favorite!

Ingredients:

6 hot dogs

18 cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber

6 hot dog buns

Ketchup and mustard

Toothpicks

Directions:

1. Cook your hot dogs based on the package instructions.

2. Slice 12 cherry tomatoes in half.

3. Cut 24 circles from the cucumber. Make the circles ⅛ inch thick.

4. Push a toothpick through each cucumber circle and cap it off with a tomato half to create the wheels.

5. Place cooked hot dogs into their buns, and poke 4 wheels into each one.

6. Squeeze a stripe of ketchup and mustard onto each hot dog.

7. Cut 1 side off of the remaining 6 cherry tomatoes so it can stand, and top each race car with it as the driver’s head. Share, eat, and enjoy!
