Skewers – soak in water if wooden
Cubed fresh fruit, in season and of your choice
350g mascarpone cheese
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cut your chosen fruit into 2cm cubes.
2. Push them through the skewers & mix up your varieties.
3. Grill on medium heat, until it gets a little brown & tender.
4. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, honey, nutmeg & cinnamon till combined and serve alongside your skewers for dipping. Enjoy!
*Melted chocolate is also a great quick option.
