Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 10 quesadillas

Ingredients:

1 pack of flour tortillas

Cheese, shredded

Your favorite fillings (peppers, beans, meat etc.)

Filling:

¼ cup corn syrup

⅓ cup light brown sugar

3 Tbsp. butter

¼ tsp. Salt

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. and line a cookie sheet with greased tinfoil. Set aside.

2. Use a snowflake cookie cutter to cut out as many snowflakes as you can from the tortillas.

3. Place half of the tortillas onto the prepared cookie sheet. Go ahead and fill your quesadillas with your favorite fillings! Be sure to put cheese on the very bottom and lastly on top to help everything stick together.

4. Place the other half of the tortillas on top while making sure to line the edges of the snowflake up.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

6. Let cool for 2 minutes, then enjoy with sour cream or your favorite salsa. Enjoy![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”342738″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
