Fall Rainbow Tart

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Bake with the beautiful colors of fall in this sweet tart recipe.

 

Ingredients:

1 blood orange

1 navel orange

1 lemon

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

⅓ cup lemon curd

1 Tbsp. sugar

Optional: Serve with whipped cream or ice cream

 

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Peel the fruits and remove the pith (that’s the white bits). Then slice each into round  slices.

3. Place the pastry on the lined baking sheet, and spread the curd over the pastry.

4. Next, top the pastry with the fruit slices, arranging the colors as you wish.

4. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the fruit slices.

5. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until crisp and golden. Allow to cool.

6. Serve with your favorite sides or enjoy it on its own. Enjoy!
