Did you know that National Chocolate Soufflé Day was February 28th? Of course I had to make it! This recipe is so rich and delicious and is perfect for a decadent treat on any special occasion. Although let’s be real, you don’t need a special occasion to need an excuse to make these! Whether you are topping your soufflé with ice cream, caramel sauce or just eating it on it’s own with a dusting of powdered sugar you won’t be disappointed. With the standard size ramekin this recipe will only yield 2-3 soufflés so if you would like to double it for a larger crowd then go for it! :) I hope you all enjoy this recipe and learn some neat baking tricks along the way!
