Ingredients:
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Pinch of salt
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup candy corn
Directions:
1. Line an 8” square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large microwave safe bowl, place sweetened condensed milk, salt, white chocolate chips, & vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
3. Place the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, then remove and stir.
4. Place the bowl back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Stir quickly until all the ingredients are melted together and smooth. If needed, microwave for another 30 seconds.
5. Transfer fudge to the prepared pan. Spread mixture evenly.
6. Add candy corn on top, slightly pressing them into the fudge.
7. Chill 2-3 hours in the fridge until firm.
8. Remove fudge from the pan & transfer to a cutting board. Slice as desired. Serve and enjoy!
