First, ask your kids what they are afraid of.
Are they afraid of spiders? Does flying in an airplane scare them? What about a trip to the dentist?
Then, explain that many people believe we can conquer fears by facing them.
To face a fear means to get up close to it. When we do the things we’re afraid of, it can make them seem way less scary.
Now, make a plan to conquer fear.
Ask your kids to think about a fear that they could try to face. See if you can help them make a plan to do it![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
