Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients:

12 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken or chopped up

1/2 cup whole milk

1/3 cup heavy cream

Your favorite chocolate pairings, strawberries, bananas, cookies etc.

Directions:

1. In a medium sized sauce pot, add the chocolate, milk, and heavy cream.

2. Place the pot over medium to low heat while stirring with a whisk.

3. Continue to stir as the mixture begins to melt.

4. Once the mixture is fully melted and nice and smooth, turn off the heat.

5. In a large dish, place hot water to fill it about 1/4 of the way full. Place a smaller bowl in the center of the dish with the water.

6. Place the fondue mixture in the smaller bowl. The hot water around it will help keep it warm and smooth.
