[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Chill out and enjoy the heat with these frozen summer yogurt popsicles!
Ingredients:
2 cups of your favorite frozen or fresh fruit or fruits
2 Tbsp. honey
2 cups vanilla coconut yogurt (Substitute Greek yogurt or soy yogurt for dairy-free)
Directions:
1. Using a blender or food processor, blend the fruit until pureed into a smoothie-like consistency.
2. Pour fruit mixture into a large bowl and stir in honey.
3. Gently fold yogurt into the fruit mixture and taste for sweetness. Add a little more honey if you like it sweeter.
4. Pour mixture evenly into a popsicle mold and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
Tip: If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small plastic cups. Rub the inside of the cups with a little coconut oil, fill them up with your mixture, and pop in popsicle sticks.
